Service Providers
MapKnock uses carefully chosen service providers to run the service. Each processes personal information only to provide its service to us, under a written contract with confidentiality and security terms, and all process data in the United States.
1. Categories of service providers

2. Named providers
We describe providers by category because several of our supplier agreements are confidential. Customers who need the named list for their own compliance, for example to complete a data protection assessment, can request it at legal@mapknock.com; we provide it under the confidentiality terms of the Terms of Service. People exercising a privacy right can ask for the specific third parties their information went to, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Changes
We update this page at least 15 days before we add or replace a provider that processes customer personal data, and change the date at the top. Customers may object as the Data Processing Addendum describes.
