Consent: Marketing texts need the homeowner's consent. MapKnock tracks it and shows who is eligible.
Do-not-call: Looked-up numbers are checked against national and state do-not-call lists.
Opt-outs: STOP and HELP are handled automatically. Anyone can opt out on our public page.
Hours and frequency: Recipient-local sending hours and a per-person cap on every send.
You send: Nothing goes out automatically.
Registration: Your business texts from its own number, registered with the carriers.

Messaging is subject to applicable consent and carrier requirements. Carrier registration and do-not-call checks don't make a campaign lawful on their own. Not legal advice.
