MapKnock helps local businesses find homes and reach the people who live in them. These documents set out what businesses agree to, the rules every message follows, and the rights homeowners have over their information.
Consent is collected on the business's own MapKnock opt-in page, recorded with the words the person agreed to, and can't be imported or bought.
STOP, "please stop texting me", a door-step "don't contact me" or our opt-out page ends contact, across every business on MapKnock.
Phone numbers are checked against the National Do Not Call Registry, state lists and known litigators before a business sees them.
Texts go out only from 8am to 8pm in the recipient's time zone, no more than three in a day, and a person approves every campaign.
Property and contact data comes from public records and licensed sources and may not be used for credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions.
Anyone can opt out of the sale of their information, or ask to see, correct or delete it. We answer within 45 days.
