This notice lists the cookies and similar tools on mapknock.com and in the MapKnock app, what they do and how to control them. It adds detail to the Privacy Policy.
1. What we use

The app also keeps preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as dark mode, a collapsed menu, table columns and recent searches. They stay on your device. Our website uses privacy-friendly page and performance measurement that sets no cookies.
2. Your choices
- Use “Your privacy choices” at the bottom of any page of our website to turn advertising cookies off or on.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser; we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies and of sale and sharing.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The app needs its sign-in cookies to work.
3. Customers’ websites
A business that adds MapKnock’s website visitor tag to its own website is responsible for describing it in that website’s own privacy and cookie notices and for getting any consent the law requires, as the Service Terms describe.
